Terms and Conditions

Thank you for choosing Perthshire Golf Breaks for your holiday.

Deposits

On receiving your booking confirmation please check all the details regarding tee times allocated and rates confirmed are correct.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total bill is required when making the booking confirmation, to secure the reservation.

Payments of Balance

The balance for any booking must be paid 2 weeks in advance of the arrival date. You will be sent an invoice by e-mail stating the balance due. Failure to pay the balance as per the invoice will result in the booking being cancelled or amended to reflect the numbers fully paid for.

We accept all major credit cards EXCEPT American Express and Diners cards and VAT receipts will be issued.

If courses are closed during the period your holiday is booked then if we cannot arrange another date for your golf, then you will be refunded the green fee for the course closure. Please note that this applies only to course closures and not bad weather.

Changes to Numbers

All changes to the number of guests staying and playing should be notified to enquiries@perthshire-golf-breaks.co.uk no less than 2 weeks before the day of play. If reduced numbers are not notified 48 hours in advance, golf courses may charge in full.

Dress Code/Course Etiquette

The Golf courses are private Members Club. Guests to the clubs are requested to respect the rules of the Clubs and are advised that smart casual dress is expected at all times.
